Pole and Aerial Classes

Pole
Unleash your strength, grace, and confidence with our pole classes! Whether you’re a beginner or an advanced student, we’ll guide you through spins, climbs, and tricks while building endurance and flexibility.
What to Wear
Sports bra or fitted top, shorts (to grip the pole), barefoot. Avoid lotions or oils.
What to Prepare
Hydration, grip aid (optional).

Sensual Flow
Explore fluid movements, floor transitions, and sensual expression in this heels-based class. This style focuses on low-flow pole work, body awareness, and confidence.
What to Wear
Knee pads, leggings or shorts, a fitted top, pole heels (beginners can start barefoot).
What to Prepare
Knee pads, water bottle, grip aid (optional).

Aerial Silk
Develop strength and flexibility while learning stunning climbs, wraps, and drops on aerial silk. This class builds upper body and core strength while enhancing grace and control.
What to Wear
Fitted leggings, a fitted top with sleeves (to protect skin), barefoot. Avoid loose clothing.

Aerial Hammock
