Booking Policy

We only allow online bookings and reservations. No walk-ins are allowed.

Bookings are non-transferable. The name that appears on the booking must be the same as the student attending the lesson or making the reservation.

Refund Policy

Booking modifications and cancellations may be done up to 12 hours before your scheduled booking.

Class card purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.

DMs will not be entertained. Kindly direct all concerns to our email beasthouse.east@gmail.com.

All dates and times are in Manila GMT+8 Time and all fees are in Philippine Pesos. Please note that classes are subject to change. Kindly check your email often for announcements.

Waiver and Release of Liability

  1. Assumption of Risk
     I understand that participation in pole and aerial dance activities involves physical exertion and carries inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, slips, bruises, muscle strains, sprains, and more serious injuries. I voluntarily choose to participate and assume all such risks.
  2. Release of Liability
     I hereby release, waive, and discharge BH East, its owners, instructors, staff, volunteers, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or demands resulting from any injury, loss, accident, illness damage, or other incidents that may occur during or related to participation in studio activities, including classes, workshops, rehearsals, open studio, performances, or events, whether on or off studio premises.
  3. Medical Authorization
     In case of injury or medical emergency, I authorize BH East staff to arrange for medical treatment on my behalf if necessary. I understand that I am solely responsible for any medical expenses incurred.
  4. Health and Fitness Acknowledgment
     I affirm that I am in good physical condition and do not suffer from any medical condition or disability that would limit or prevent my participation. I understand it is my responsibility to consult with a physician if I have any concerns about my ability to safely participate.
  5. Photography and Media Consent
     I grant permission for BH East to use photos or videos taken during classes or events for promotional and marketing purposes, including on social media and websites. (If you do not consent, please inform the studio in writing.)
  6. Studio Policies
     I agree to follow all studio rules, safety instructions, and guidelines provided by instructors. Failure to comply may result in removal from a class or program without refund.
